103 By the Sea is an open floor plan home designed with families in mind. Perfect for you to bring family and friends to enjoy a vacation at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located in the Grayton Beach area of Santa Rosa Beach, our home has 4 bedrooms (one king, 2 queens and bunk room with 2 bunks-sleeps 10 comfortably) and is fully furnished in beach cottage chic for your family to enjoy. The popular communities of Watercolor and Seaside are a bike ride or short car ride away. Stay close to the action but without the crowds and traffic! Our neighborhood boasts 2 community swimming pools (one heated in spring), workout facility and tennis courts. Our home is not only close to one of the community pools, but also one of the closest houses to the beach path.
Located in the prestigious gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach, you will be a short stroll (5-10 minute walk) to one of the widest sections of white sand beach on 30a. Our private walkway is not only mostly shaded by a canopy of trees, it is almost totally flat with just a couple of stairs, not like the steep stairways of most beach walkovers. The beach is private and has the bonus of being surrounded by two coastal dune lakes, Big Redfish and Little Redfish. These rare coastal dune lakes are great to explore, fish and YOLO (stand up paddleboard).
The coastal feel of our home makes it the perfect beach house for your vacation. There is lots of seating in the living room, including brand new sectional, armchair and separate sitting area. Our fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to entertain and have many relaxing family nights around the dinner table or our large island, including a Keurig and coastal cookbooks!
For the times you want to relax away from the beach, cable tv, with flat screens, is provided in all bedrooms, with a brand new Hi-Def 55inch flat screen in living room. Wifi is available throughout and you'll find a selection of board games and dvds available for your use. You also can just sit and relax on one of our large porches.
In addition to the beach, enjoy the wonderful bike and jogging trails along 30A with the sugar white hills in the background. You will find bike and kayak rentals are available just a short walk up 30A at Blue Mountain Beach. Be sure to explore Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, with all their great restaurants and shopping areas. The area has so much to offer.
We have a beach caddie and 4 beach chairs for your use. Professional chair/umbrella set up includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for stays between March 1- October 31.

- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

Please treat our home like your own. Family rentals only, no pets or smoking allowed inside home. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, there will be a minimum $250 charge. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
