Located on 120 feet of shore frontage, you'll become mesmerized while watching the gentle waves and the pelicans as they float down the shoreline. You'll love every sunset and every star at night.
This beautiful home offers 1500 sq. ft of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 queen size beds allowing everyone to be comfortable.
Begin each day by relaxing on the deck then enjoy swimming in the bay, take long walks or bike to Bay Shore Park. But don't forget to gather and watch the deer come in for their dinner about 5:00 pm and you just might see the turkeys come along too. Look north and watch the freighters heading up the channel to the Port of Green Bay; at night they look like beautifully lit beacons floating across the water. The perfect ending to any day is watching the magnificent sunsets, there are no two alike. We promise. You can build roaring fires by the beach; roast marshmallows, sing songs and every once in awhile you'll catch a fireworks show in the sky!

You are 20 minutes from Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers or 25 minutes from the heart of Sturgeon Bay, You can shop till your hearts content in Egg Harbor, Sister Bay and Fish Creek, and tour Washington Island, but you 'll enjoy coming home at night to the peaceful surroundings of your vacation home.

This property was purchased in 2004
About Brian & Denice Bangert
Denice and I moved to the Bay or Green Bay in 2003 and bought the house next door in 2004. Denice's mother Dorothy lived there for several years and the house became know as Dorothy's. Thus Dorothy's Dacha. Dacha is Russian for Summer House.

This was the perfect place for Dorothy, the mother-in-law (thus Dorothy's Dacha) to live out her years and have her next door so we could take care of her and have her feel independent. The neighbors continue to call this home Dorothy's so we honor her by naming it Dorothy's Dacha (Dacha; a seasonal or year round home).
