We absolutely loved staying at Above the Mango Deck! The house was perfect for our 3 family group. The kitchen had everything we needed & enough dining room seating for all 14 of us to enjoy a few suppers "at home." The kids loved having lunch at the table by the pool. It was a nice shady spot to cool off & relax before heading back to the beach. We were so pleased with the very short walk to the beach. Much better than dealing with elevators at high rise condos. And the beach was not crowded! We could not believe all the extra beach chairs, boogie boards & coolers that were provided with the house! We had not stayed in Surfside in many years but really loved the area. Molly was wonderful to work with. Booking, payment & check-in were hassle free! Thanks so much for everything. Many great memories were made!

This house was perfect for the three couples who stayed here. Two of the couples were celebrating their 30th anniversaries together. I couldn't think of a better way to spend it. We were so lucky to have absolutely perfect weather the whole stay. The accommodations were very nice, and it was great having a pool and hot tub outside. One of the best things was the very close beach access. We could leave our things on the beach and pop back to the house for lunch, etc. Molly was so awesome about staying on top of everything before arriving, during our stay, and afterward as well. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly to anyone!! Recommended for: Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway, Families with Teenagers

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The home is very well equipped and there was ample room for everyone. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have linens included! The beach was just steps away and the home has everything needed for a day at the beach: beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, etc. My family also loved the pool! Molly, the owner, was very organized, professional, and made everything very easy. It was a perfect home for a wonderful vacation! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

This beach house was perfect for our family. A month before our trip we experienced the painful loss of our father. We used the week at this house for much needed family time and healing. And what a perfect place for healing! Our first impression when we walked in was how clean the place was and how it smelled cleaned, not just looked clean! The house was well stocked with everything you need....all we had to do was grocery shop and unpack our clothing. The kitchen had every appliance for cooking "at home" if that is what you wanted to do. We loved that each bedroom had a full bathroom. The pool area was fabulous, along with the hot tub - we used them both every day! And we were literally just a few steps from the beach. This house also had everything you need for a day at the beach (beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards and cooler). Additionally, this house is close to everything we wanted to do....the Marsh Walk at Murrells Inlet, the shops at Pawleys Island, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and the Grand Strand at Myrtle Beach. If I had to name a negative it would be that there isn't a gas grill outside, only a charcoal grill. But it really wasn't a big deal, we made due and charcoal grilled a few times. Molly was wonderful to work with and answered every question I had (and I sent her numerous emails)! Molly thanks for opening your beach house to us. We hope to visit Above the Mango Deck again! This house is absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the house, the pool and the hot tub. The location is literally within steps to the beach. We made several trips to the pier and heard some great music. Our teenage grandchildren enjoyed the location and especially the pool. We have been coming to the beach for many years and I must say this is, by far, the best place we have stayed. We will definitely be back. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Molly was delightful to work with. Recommended for: Families with Teenagers
