Master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with granite countertops, tub and glass shower.
Other two bedrooms have queen beds and the second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom.
From this corner unit, you will enjoy breathtaking view from every room.
The living room has 47' LED, Smart TV, Panasonic Home Theater system and Blu-ray player with iPhone/iPod dock and all bedrooms have large LCD TV with DVD player.
This unit is on 19th floor in Grand Tower 1, directly on the beach!!!

The Deposit will NOT be applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within seven (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:

• Renter shall not use property in any illegal manner. Renter shall not disturb or create a nuisance to occupants of other properties. No loud music, noise or disturbance allowed after 10 PM.

• DO NOT BRING LUGGAGE CARTS INTO THE UNIT and please return them to Level 1 when done.
• Parking is located in Tower 2 with 5 levels, find a parking spot and take the elevator to P5. The crossover to get to tower 1 is located on P5 of the parking garage.
• To enter the unit, use the upper electronic lock - the lower lock is disabled. Enter the 4 digit code then unlock it manually. When you are inside, you have to lock the door manually. To lock the door from outside, just press the scholnge key at the top, and turn the lock manually.
• For wireless Internet please contact the front desk as we have a new internet services in the resort.
• KEEP the balcony door CLOSED when AIR condition is on. It can easily cause very costly damage.
• Home phone # is: 850 615 6075. It is free for all North America.
• Fitness Center is located next to the pool in Tower 2 on elevator Level 1. ID bracelets are required along with the key cards. Please leave the key cards for the next guests.
• NO SMOKING in the unit. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PREMISES. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Goran is IT professional and Mladenka is a medical professional in the biochemistry field. Both work in Toronto. We are blessed with 2 grown children and one beautiful grandchild and we are looking forward visiting Panama City Beach at every possible moment.
