We live in Los Angeles and come to Las Gaviotas to enjoy the beautiful weather and surfing right out front. If interested, we can provide you with other locations nearby.
Why This Property?
We have been traveling to Las Gaviotas for the past 12 years and decided to make the jump and purchase this unique home here. With a family of surfers and other activities, it has been a wonderful place to have family gatherings and short weekend trips to enjoy the surf.
