Our place is located at downtown Cancun, its one of the first areas in the city considering the city is only 45 years old.
We have wal-mart very close walking distance if you want to buy something to cook for yourself.
Many different restaurants and kinds of foods, sushi, italian, arabic, mexican all of them walking distance as well and at very reasonable prices since they are basically destined to locals.
We are about 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches and hotel zone if you take a bus, and the bus stop is 3 minute walk from where you would be staying We have a small park and a church across the street so its a very calm neighborhood, and also different places that might be useful like a laundry, exchange house, banks, pharmacy or small convenience stores all of them walking distance no more than 2 blocks.

You have chosen a House instead of a Hotel. This means first of all that we can't give you a 24 hours service. Secondly, we have some house rules that need to be respected in order to make your stay and that of others as comfortable as possible. For one, we ask our guests to respect each other's privacy. Another one is that we have taken much attention in the interior of our B&B. We much appreciate it if our guests will be careful with the objects in our B&B. Accidents are always possible, but damages need to be paid for.
Please respect each other’s well deserved sleep and try to be quiet should you come in at a late hour.
1. Management is not responsible for loss of items.
2. Shared bathrooms are not spas, don’t keep others waiting.
3. No nudity in terrace. We are sure you are beautiful; we don’t need to see it.
4. No smoking is permitted except in terrace. Please put your ashes and stubs in an ashtray, keep our floor clean.
5. No Dancing, party, singing, on roof Top terrace, and Standing on the Rail. Watch your step.
6. Respect other people’s belongings. We have guests with great taste, we know, but we are sure they want to keep their things.
7. Keep Common Areas clean. Your mom isn’t here to pick up after you, common areas include living room, dining room and specially the kitchen. Wash your dishes!! Management reserves the right to ban guests from these areas and will be charge extra per day if you treat us as your maids.
8. Other’s should not take your stuff, but why risk it? Write your name on the food you leave in the kitchen. We will assume anything with no name is from someone who already left and we’ll throw it out before it stinks.
9. For hygiene reasons, consumption of food is not allowed inside the rooms.
10. We have a strict policy on bad smells and if the room or person smells, that guest will be asked to leave.
11. We reserve the right to check out any guests anytime who behave in a disorderly manner or intentio
