We bought the cabin in June 2015 after falling in love with the area on our first trip in April 2015. During that trip we visited Zion National Park (it was like summer that day in April), came back to Duck Creek and had 5" of snow that night. We went to Bryce Canyon the next day and had snow again. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations made within (60-30) days prior to arrival forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Cancellations made within (30) days prior to arrival forfeit full payment. No refunds due to weather/road conditions.
3. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Unique Benefits
Our fabulous Pine Ridge Paradise is on a dead end street providing privacy AND very little dust issues from cars and ATVs rushing by!!!! This can be a big issue in our area! The views of Duck Creek Village and the surrounding mountains are wonderful! Accessible year-round (we have rarely had to use four wheel drive).
