About the Property
We bought the cabin in June 2015 after falling in love with the area on our first trip in April 2015. During that trip we visited Zion National Park (it was like summer that day in April), came back to Duck Creek and had 5" of snow that night. We went to Bryce Canyon the next day and had snow again. We bought the cabin in June 2015 after falling in love with the area on our first trip in April 2015. During that trip we visited Zion National Park (it was like summer that day in April), came back to Duck Creek and had 5" of snow that night. We went to Bryce Canyon the next day and had snow again. The following day we went to Kanab to visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and had very nice spring/summer weather.....WE HAD ALL FOUR SEASONS IN ONE TRIP!!!! We loved it so much that we went back to look at property and bought our Pine Ridge Paradise!
2 bedrooms each with NEW king beds and bedding
1 large full bath with tub/shower combo in between both bedrooms (separate access to bathroom)
NEW queen sofa sleeper in large main living area
** Full Kitchen including full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher (needs to be attached to kitchen faucet to run). We do dishes by hand most the time.
** All NEW coffee maker, toaster, blender, large crock pot, plenty of dish ware, cookware, utensils and specialty cooking items too!
**NEW 55" Smart HDTV with Blue ray player and surround sound system. DISH satellite.
**Huge, beautiful wood burning stove with blower in large living area (wood provided)....heats up the entire cabin very quickly!
**Large deck with all new, high quality patio furniture and propane BBQ grill
**All NEW Fire pit outside next to the cabin.....make s'mores, have a cocktail by the fire, look up and the stars! Plenty of chairs and space.
**Garage under cabin for toy storage (ATV, OHV, bikes etc.) not quite large enough for a car/truck.....great to work on ATVs, snowmobiles, bikes etc.
**Full size washer and dryer in garage
**RV parking and plenty of space for vehicle parking.
**VERY HIGH SPEED WiFi Internet
**Plenty of games, books, puzzles, and area guide literature
**All one level living
Wildlife abounds here.....plenty of deer, birds, chipmunks, squirrels, crazy gaggles of wild turkeys rumble around our lot and surrounding vacant lot before taking flight to roost in the trees in front of our deck! They look like lumbering, heavy planes trying to get a running start to fly!

We wanted a vacation spot of our own to share with our now 2 year old little girl.
The views are spectacular!
The deck is so spacious and we love the 75 foot trees all around.
The wood burning stove in the living room is wonderful!
It is easy to do so many things yet just as easy to do nothing and relax!

Our fabulous Pine Ridge Paradise is on a dead end street providing privacy AND very little dust issues from cars and ATVs rushing by!!!! This can be a big issue in our area!

Accessible year-round (we have rarely had to use four wheel drive). There are two ways (roads) to access the cabin from Duck Creek. I have an all wheel drive small SUV that has never had an issue......
Fully equipped "cabin" more like a small home with all the conveniences (internet, DISH TV, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, all new furniture etc.) yet being up on top of a mountain next to wildlife!
