Hear and see the ocean in this beautiful, newly remodeled 1500 Sq. Ft, two bedroom beach front home features an open floor plan enabling you to interact with others easily. It has central air, three sitting areas, all new kitchen appliances, bottled water quality water through an iSpring 5 Stage water purifier, new furniture, new premium pillow top mattresses, an updated en-suite master bathroom as well as a completely remodeled common bathroom & shower. Both have walk in tile showers with seats. The master bedroom is ocean front enabling guests to have incredible sunsets and sunrises with its own French door entrance to the large ocean side deck. The master also has a 42" flat screen HDTV, and a walk-in closet . The open floor plan of the living/sun/dining room and kitchen allows guests to interact as well as see the ocean in all areas. Three seating areas in addition to the dining area provide ample room for games, TV or chatting. the living room has a 49" HDTV with entertainment system. The house sleeps up to 6 when using the queen size hide-a-bed located in the sunroom.
Included in each house are several games, paperbacks, stateside phone for free calls, and a local cell phone. You can also experience a local game using the local soldier crabs or "hermit crabs" in a circle and seeing whose wins the race to the food in the center. Whenever we are there my daughter takes a little leftover food out each evening and they have come to expect it and show up for "dinner". They range in size from baseball size hermits to tip of your pinky sized ones.

Inquire for rates that include both houses. It sleeps up to four when using the living room hide-a-bed. The cottage has been completely remodeled with gorgeous vanilla cabinetry and quartz countertop. All new appliances, as well as furniture.

Jeff & I hail from Pennsylvania and Iowa. We currently live in Texas and are a military family used to adventures and a lot of change. Due to moving often, we had not purchased a house before now. As ocean lovers, we never thought an ocean front retreat would be do-able financially for middle class folks. We found lovely bones and potential in what will be our retirement home. Why This Property?
We are relatively new divers. Our first dive after certification was in Cayman Brac. I still get nervous each first dive, but I feel most at home in Brac. After several trips, we tossed the idea of seeing what was available on this out of the way, peaceful place. Loved the proximity to the stores, restaurants and airport.
