I new this was where I wanted to live when I retired. In 2000 I moved to Cozumel and now live in the first home I purchase in 1997. Both my adult children and other family members live in the US, and I do return to the US to visit and family comes to Cozumel to visit me.
Why This Property?
In 1999 the area in Cozumel I felt would be the perfect location for a vacation rental was offered for sale. I purchased a lot and hired a marvelous architect to design and build Casa Tomas (upstairs) and Casa Topaz (downstairs). Then the lot next door with a tropical shade tree was purchased to make a large outdoor area.
