Our rental agreement with full information and rental terms will be emailed to guests and should be filled in, signed and returned. We accept reservations from guests 25 and over and will accept a group with children between 6 and 25 years old if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

I lived in Dallas and then spent 30 years in Tyler, Texas. in 1997 after vacationing in Cozumel and scuba diving here for many years, I purchased a home in Cozumel. Why This Property?
In 1999 the area in Cozumel I felt would be the perfect location for a vacation rental was offered for sale. I purchased a lot and hired a marvelous architect to design and build Casa Tomas (upstairs) and Casa Topaz (downstairs). Then the lot next door with a tropical shade tree was purchased to make a large outdoor area.
