Born in Northern Wisconsin, attended the University of Wisconsin after high school. I worked in Corporate America for 34 years. In 1994 I was transfered to Phoenix. Comfortable, I am constantly upgrading, Last year Ganite counter tops and back splash in kitchen New Dishwasher, this year new bathroom sinks and faucets, new bedding, new towels, Carpet cleaned at least 3 times a year.. Quiet Location with a Two car garage..

A great Townhome in Chandler

It has a great location, and the owner is always available by text or phone call if you should ever need anything. I've stayed there on my last two visits to Arizona and I plan to stay there on my next visit if it is available. Five stars!

We stayed during the month of January 2017 and, we met Dale upon arrival. He was pleasant to work with and, thereafter, had very little communication unless we had a question. He was very responsive. The home located in a quiet, safe, and, clean neighborhood and, within a short driving or cycling distance from grocery stores, restaurants, banks, multiple parks, walking, cycling and, hiking trails and, golf. The home is a little dated, and, very comfortable. He supplied all household items which was nice after a two day road trip. To be able to wake up and, have a cup of coffee or tea before running out for our first run of groceries was nice. There is a community pool (not heated) but no hot tub. The home was very clean and, well kept. We enjoyed our stay and, had a wonderful time.

Everything we needed was provided as all of our belongings were still en route. The furnishings were very comfortable and in excellent condition. It was close to all the conveniences yet secluded enough for privacy and relaxation. I would recommend this getaway to anyone wanting a home away from home.

A great 6 weeks while I was home hunting

I sold my home in New York and moved permanently to Arizona in August. I was lucky to find this beautiful townhome that exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, decorated with great taste and equipped with all amenities. Dale the owner was very accommodating and courteous to deal with. Shopping, restaurants and highways are close by. Spent mornings by one of the two pools, which was clean and well maintained. I stayed here for 6 weeks until I found my home and found the neighbors so friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this townhome.
