Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
The Cancellation policy states that a fee of $100 plus cc charges will be deducted from the deposit for administration fee, 60 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds after this time.

Extra persons above 6 adults will be subject to additional charge of $100 per person. cleaning during the stay is provided if required at an extra charge. We respect our neighbors in our neighborhood with respect to loud music. Provo is a laid back island.

Why This Property?
We love the privacy of a residential area, yet the proximity to all the important amenities. Most are within walking distance such as restaurants grocery store, banks, shopping and vacation activities. The beach is about 1800ft away by a short walk.
