Our home is the only 4 bedroom 3 bath gated townhome in this area. We have gorgeous 90 degrees ocean views and even a beautiful fountain right outside our home visible from our gorgeous new windows. Our home is the only 4 bedroom 3 bath gated townhome in this area. We have gorgeous 90 degrees ocean views and even a beautiful fountain right outside our home visible from our gorgeous new windows. When you walk off the patio, you are at the sand, and a short boardwalk takes you over the dunes to the ocean. We also have a pool and jacuzzi which is great for kids or night time fun! Our home is in a residential area, so the beach is very private and quiet, yet it is only 5 miles from Destin or Seaside so you can still enjoy the restaurants and amenities these areas have to offer.
In addition to the beautiful beach, staying at our home includes a large swimming pool (heated certain months of the year) and a year round hot tub with umbrella tables and lounge chairs and grills. Perfect for kids and adults! Our home is in a gated secure community that offers a large green space for children to play games, ride bikes and enjoy the outdoors while parents relax in the covered gazebo.
We are located in the quiet low key side of 30A with fewer crowds but yet still in walking distance to amazing restaurants, locally made ice cream shop, seafood market and cute stores for fun shopping. Ride a bike, walk or run along the 30A path, visit one of the beautiful pristine state beach parks, horseback ride or fish. Santa Rosa Golf and Tennis is nearby and open to the public. If you are a shopper, the San Destin outlets are just 15 minutes by car. We are close to grocery stores - Publix and a local gourmet healthfood store and a walmart with great homemade smoothies and baked goods. Everything you could want in a vacation!
