The condo is located at Palm Canyon Villas, a development known for its tall palm trees, well-maintained grounds, and a comfortable resort feel. The residents and tenants are primarily 40 and older, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. It’s a great location with:
* Four salt-water pools and four tennis courts with racquets and balls supplied
* Walking paths
* Public golf courses across the street
* Nearby hiking
* Vons and Trader Joe's grocery stores within a quarter mile
* Downtown shopping and restaurants less than ten minutes away
* Quick access to everything you would want to do in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and Joshua Tree Park.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and features an attached bathroom and an office area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, comfortable for one or two people, and has its own bathroom right outside the door. The balcony patio has a table with seating for 4, with a view of the pool, but set back enough to give you privacy.
For guests that like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need to prepare a great meal. For your entertainment, there are two 42″ flat screen TV’s with HD cable programming, or choose from the DVD library, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. I have stayed at this condo on three different occasions and it is a fantastic getaway spot. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The condo is a comfortable, clean, and well stocked. With a small library of books and DVDs plus cable, AC, laundry, and a well equipped kitchen, it's much homier than any hotel/motel.
