Come discover this oceanfront, beautifully appointed, vacation retreat located in quiet and scenic Cayman Brac, Cayman Islands. This brand new home offers stunning oceanfront vistas with all of the comforts that will make your stay memorable for both you and your family.
The open concept floor plan allows for breathtaking views and endless entertainment options. The main room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. Overlooking the ocean are two master king bed suites each with their own tiled baths. A third bedroom has a queen bed and offers views of palms and other tropical foliage. Separate pantry and laundry rooms provide ample storage and a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The pool and beach area are a kids (or adults) paradise. Enjoy the large pool and related water and beach activities or relax in the spill-over Jacuzzi with the calming sounds of the rolling surf. The outdoor gas grill offers a spot to cook your day's catch and there is ample seating to dine outdoors. Solar shades provide relief from the sun and you can also relax in the comfortable hammock nestled among the palms.
Indoors, kids and adults alike will find numerous entertainment options from board games to a selection of favorite movies on our media server. An Xbox One system provides gaming, Netflix and music on the main 65" 4K curved screen. US TV service is available via a DIshAnywhere app on our media computer. All three bedrooms have 40" LED TVs with Netflix and Blu-ray players. High speed connectivity with WiFi will keep you busy downloading and playing games on your computer or staying in touch with work if you need to.
Rain or shine, activities on the island abound. Cayman Brac is a world-renowned diving destination. Dive and snorkel right off our beach or take in a number of marked shore dive sites around the island. Boat excursions are also available for diving, snorkeling and fishing. Use our kayak to explore the shoreline. The island also offers hiking and rock climbing opportunities with many caves to explore. Cayman Brac is a unique, friendly and tranquil destination, for those who want to experience real Cayman culture with its safe, uncrowded natural beauty and without giving up quality and amenities that one experiences at home.
You will be in good hands with our local partner, Derwin, who will greet you at the airport, provide you an introduction to our home and will be available should any need arise during your stay. Along with a wealth of local knowledge, he can also provide charter fishing, snorkeling, or boating services and can even take you on a trip to Little Cayman to explore its tranquil reefs and beaches.
We built our home with our own use in mind and did not compromise on design, furnishings or amenities. We are sure you will enjoy it too.

After purchasing a beachfront home on the Oregon coast, they came to Cayman Brac on a whim during a Caribbean vacation, and fell in love with the island. They immediately purchased a beachfront lot and began building a tropical oceanfront vacation home which has become a second dream fulfilled.
