Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft villa in the St Andrews development of Palmetto Dunes Resort, HHI's finest, is very spacious and incredibly livable. Located in the on the Fazio golf course, the location is serene, beautiful, and secluded.
The villa's patio overlooks a Lowcountry oak and pine forest and lush, well manicured landscaping. Steps from the villa is a wonderful pool area, perfect a cool dip, sunbathing, or reading a good book.
Our villa is centrally located within the resort's many amenities - 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20+ Clay Tennis Courts and a World Renowned Tennis Teaching Academy, 3+ miles of private beach, dozens of restaurants and shops, 50+ miles of bike and walking trails, 11 miles of lagoons, and the Shelter Cove Marina, one of the finest on the East Coast.
Wonderfully renovated and decorated, the villa sleeps six with a king in the master, and a queen, full and twin trundle in the loft guest bedroom. Luxurious mattresses and linens ensure restful nights. Both baths have been updated, featuring marble flooring, updated fixtures, and are very clean.
Extending off the living room and master is a private patio, with a wonderful view, seating for six, and a new Weber Gas Grill. Perfect for morning coffee, afternoon wine or cocktails, and reading anytime.
The villa features three HDTVs, cable, with HBO in the living room, and Wifi, high-speed wireless Internet service. The kitchen has also been renovated and is very well stocked with all kitchen essentials. There is also a laundry room, featuring full size a washer and dryer.
Visitors also have access to all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes Resort, among the finest in the US.

We loved our stay in this wonderfully-decorated villa! We were close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the furniture and beds are very comfortable! But what makes this place great is the attention of the owners to all of our questions and needs. Nall responded right away to phone calls and emails and was wonderful to work with, supplying a list of things to do in the area. We'd stay again! Something you'll want to be aware of if you are considering this villa: though it technically sleeps 6, it is too small for 6 adults. Four max, for comfort, in my opinion. It would work great for a family with two adults and kids, though! Also know that it is on the second floor and there are outside steps to access it. Pool area is very nice; not right outside the door but a very short walk. We drove to the beach because we always had stuff to carry, but you could walk there in 15 minutes or so, and bike it in 5. I'd recommend the Dunes House area as an entry point, and walk farther down the beach (to your left, away from the resorts) if you want a more solitary spot.
The owner was attentive and easy to work with which helped to make our stay worry free. This is a great space that makes you feel like you are at home while you are enjoying the beach and many other activities available in Palmetto Dunes. Everything was updated and the home came fully equipped with everything you need. The description and pictures were representative of the property. Great place to get away and recharge. We would definitely stay here again and will refer friends and family to this property.
We had a lovely vacations it's our two daughters 17 and 21..our 3rd time on Hilton Head and this villa has exceeded the other rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen was the best equipped one. We didn't have to substitute anything! Plenty cutlery, plates, mugs and of course glasses! It was very well decorated, beds were comfortable and a very easy short drive or bicycle ride to beach area! recommend a kayak ride on the river and a trip to Blufton to the Midnight Baker...fascinating owner and true French patisseries/ croissants..all made from scratch in traditional French way! Thoroughly recommend this place!
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. It's incredibly clean, bright, comfortable, and close to everything on the island. My husband and I and another couple stayed for 2 weeks and didn't feel crowded in the least. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for cooking. The pool is great, lots of shade after a day at the sunny beach. Also, the owner was a pleasure to work with. He got back to me within minutes whenever I had a question. We love Hilton Head and plan to come back for many years to come and will definitely stay here again and again.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa. We had all the comforts of home and an exciting new world at the same time. The villa was roomy and sleeping configurations were comfortable for us all (loft may not be appropriate for very young children). We spent hours at the beach, pool, playing tennis, golf and enjoying the areas restaurants. Highly recommend Sea Shack, Southern Coney. Also enjoyed Annie O's. Lots to see and do. Easy day trip to Savannah. Owner was a pleasure to deal with - fast responses and very helpful information.
