Just returned from an amazing girls trip at Casa Anita. It was everything it advertised. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, with a quiet beautiful beach. The owner and property manager were easily contacted, easy to work with , and very helpful. The grounds and pool are well maintained. The beach while not smooth sand is still easy to enter with calm water and sea life to explore if you are interested in snorkeling. We could not have asked for more from our stay at Paradise condos. Thanks for making our girls trip one to remember! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great condo experience.
Our mid-Feb to mid-March 2016 stay at Tracey and Wayne's condo was a wonderful experience! The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable with ample room for our groups of 7. We rented it with the intentions of having our 3 adult children and their families rotate visiting us during that month. It worked out great! Having the Vontage phone made it so easy to communicate locally as well as calls to the U.S. Tracey and Wayne have a huge collection of snorkeling gear, and fun water toys to keep everyone supplied if you are short on equipment. The snorkeling is superb along that shoreline and the sunsets are breathtaking. It's a beautiful spot to soak up the sun either poolside or right on the beach. Because this is a smaller complex, it provides a friendly atmosphere to meet other tenants from the U. S. and Canada. We decided against renting a car and found there wasn't a problem catching a taxi at Uva's (next door) for a trip into town. The fare for two people was generally $10 (negotiate BEFORE getting into the taxi). When all 7 of us traveled, it was between $20-$24 to get to town. For a day trip to the southern part of the island, we called Miguel, who was recommended by Fluvio, the condo manager. This worked out great, Miguel is a very dependable, friendly man. I left his name and phone number with the Condo information. This property is not very far from a great restaurant, the Money Bar. It's an easy 1/2 mile (approx.) walk Great food and a beautiful setting to watch the sunset. There are usually taxis around for a ride home after dark. We were very pleased with everything, Our memories of this condo and our stay in Mexico are pleasant ones! We highly recommend this property. Jim and Mary ,South Haven, MN
Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Tracey's home. The accommodations are wonderful. The bedding is super cozy The kitchen is well equipped--although no dishwasher. We loved the proximity to the beach. Our scuba company picked us up right on the shore. The best part of the stay was the personal attention. Tracey had snacks for us on arrival and delivered treats for New Years Eve. My daughter took the wrong black bag when we got off shuttle and the manager helped us locate the right one. Thanks for a great trip!!
I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed was there and the place is very well kept and beautiful. View is fantastic. The snorkeling was awesome right out in front of the place. We snorkeled nearly everyday. We brought our own gear, but there was plenty at the condo had we forgotten anything. If we come back to Cozumel, this is where we will stay. We will highly recommend it to friends and family as well. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
The condo was beautiful, the area beautiful, the snorkeling amazing, and Tracey was an exceptional host! I highly recommend. We plan to return!
