You may smoke on the sidewalk.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to ___2__ persons. Maximum occupancy for this property shall not exceed eight (4) persons at any time. If TENANT exceeds the maximum occupancy, TENANTS and any and all of their guests are subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of their security deposit and rental payment.
3. Our vacation rental is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Mireille, greeted us with a bottle of wine. She went out of her way to be helpful & accommodating. Her loft was adorable, cozy & comfortable. It is a great space & worked out great for us as we had someone in the hospital & it was very convenient.
