Disturbing other guests, indecent exposure, climbing over or on balcony railings, windows, roofs or ledges, or throwing articles (e.g. trash, trash cans, beer, beer cans or bottles, chairs, ice, water, or any liquid or other articles) and any other disorderly or unsafe conduct or use of offensive language is strictly prohibited. Violators will be arrested and prosecuted. Noise, radios, stereos, compact disc players, musical instruments or other mechanical audio devices may be operated only at a sound level which will not disturb other guests. At all hours, decibel levels of music and other sound must be reasonable. NO bicycling, skateboarding, roller skating, or rollerblading, etc. Sunbird Guests are not to give outsiders the gate codes. This rule is strictly enforced. NO PETS.

Please place trash in trash chute, which is located next to the elevator, place dirty towels in the bathtub and remove bed linen and leave piled on bed. Place dishes in dishwasher and turn on. Keep sofa bed opened if it was used. This is a non-smoking, no pet condo. Smoking allowed on street side terrace.

My husband Scott and I live in Rolling Meadows, which is a suburb of Chicago. We enjoy going to our condo in Panama City Beach as much as possible and hope you will enjoy our condo as well.

Why This Property?
We had been looking around Arizona for a quite a while when my daughter mentioned PCB to us. We found the prices were much more affordable and how can you not love the view of the Gulf of Mexico.

You will enjoy your stay at our condo with it's secluded balcony where you can hear the waves from the gulf and feel the gentle breezes. We have great views where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset.

My wife and I have been here for three months and have really enjoyed the beautiful views from the balcony of the Gulf. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible an it was fun watching the dolphins from the balcony. I would recommend Linda's condo to anyone who would want to stay here whether it was for a week, month or three months. Thank you Linda for making it easy on our arrival. Everything went so smooth.

This is a nice room right on the beach. We watched dolphins every morning from the balcony. Very clean and well kept pools also. Linda makes things so easy all you have to worry about is relaxing.

Cute place with a great view off the balcony of the ocean! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony and see dolphins in the morning and still feel like we were on the beach when we were in the condo for meals, etc. Wonderful location, close to Walmart so we could get food to prepare in the well stocked kitchen and close to Shell Island and other activities. Pretty much had everything we needed! Owner very nice and quickly responded to anything we contacted her about. Even had a supply of books and DVD which were nice to utilize while we were there. 3 pools to use that were lovely and nice to use when we didn't want to be in the ocean. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and would certainly go back!!

We just returned from our vacation and could not stop talking about what a great time we had. Honestly we don't have any complaints about the condo.....the views were excellant, everything we needed was there and the beach was excellant. The only downfall was the construction around the condo but other than that we had an amazing time. Thanks Linda! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
