Your Disneyland vacation rental home has almost 2,000 square feet of living space with a beautiful, tropical oasis with a pool and spa, shaded patio with Tiki bar and bbq island and lots and outdoor furniture for relaxing with your family. There is also a grassy area with room for the kids to play. Get up early and have your coffee in the relaxing backyard area. Enjoy all the plush landscaping and watch the humming birds...or just listen to the quiet as your get ready for the hectic day at Disneyland ahead of you. Situated on a quiet, tree lined and very safe cul-de-sac street that ends at Stoddard Park, you can fall in love with my house and enjoy your vacation in this pride of ownership neighborhood. Hang out on the patio at night with the twinkly lights and crickets chirping and you will know why everyone wants to return to this house. ( you can view the Disney fireworks at night from the front yard or walk to the park down the street) When I first moved here, you could see them from the back yard, but the trees have gotten so big, you can see the tops of the fireworks above the tree line....but you can definitely still hear them every night at 9:35!
The large dining room table can seat 12 or more, and looks out over the yard and pool. There's a little seating area by the dining room. The livingroom has a 3 comfortable couches(2 with sleepers) and a chair with ottoman.There is a large flat screen tv, with cable, DVD/video player, stereo,and wireless internet (many Disney videos CD's,Nintendo 64 and Wii and Xbox)
These areas have oak hardwood flooring with area rugs. There is also a futon in garage for watching videos or playing Xbox and can open to a double bed.
There are 4 theme decorated, carpeted bedrooms with new comfortable mattresses. Wall mounted flat screen tvs with remotes, Ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, I took the ceiling fans out of rooms with bunk beds so there is no chance of kids in top bunk bed being hit by accident. The master bedroom has its own bath with shower and new king size bed with french doors that open to the spa and patio area. Very private.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen and single bed.
The third has a bunkbed and a posterpedic full bed, with a twin on the top(which can be removed if you want just the full size bed alone).
The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed .
There are lots of kid size sleeping bags as well in case the little ones want to have a pretend sleepover or just want to sleep in the same bedroom.
There is a crib and 4 pack and plays that are available for the babies. There are highchairs, booster seats and strollers (both double and singles, and umbrella) and many, many toys and dress up clothes and fun things to keep your kids busy and happy and to take care of your childcare needs. (even a baby monitor, so you can be in the yard while your baby naps.)
Past tenants have highly praised how 'kid friendly' this home is. Some moms have said the kids were having so much fun they didn't want to go to Disneyland! Some moms have said that the kids wanted to leave Disneyland and 'go home'. When it is time to leave the park, just tell them they can go home and play and there will be no tears. I have 4 kids myself and I know if they have things to do and can keep themselves busy, I get to have a vacation too! I raised my children in this wonderful house and there is alot of love and caring that goes into my home. I am one of the original vacation rental owners, I've been renting since 2004 and have learned what my guests need and want on their vacation. I don't live out of town or out of state, and you don't have to deal with a property manager, I am always available and live right in the next town, so My phone is always on to answer any questions or solve any problems that might come up.(I live in Fullerton, city right above Anaheim). I truly want you to have an amazing vacation and take many happy memories home with you!! My guests love staying at the Anaheim Mickey Mouse house and many are repeat guests coming for 3 to 4 years in a row.

The kitchen is completely furnished with a skylight and dinette set and all the amenities you could possibly need. Both bathrooms have showers, (one has a bathtub) They both have blow dryers and curling irons and hot rollers. There is even a foot spa! Read the comments guests have left about the house!
There is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Food4Less grocery store, a CVS pharmacy, Big Lots store, also a great 98 cent store that has anything you may have forgotten and alot of small Disney things, pencil cases, pens and pencils, stickers, books, it changes all the time, take a look!) Bank of America, , KMart, many restuarants and fast food places, a Walgreens. Costco is about a 10 minute drive, and other grocery stores are close as well. There is also a Farmers Market right down the street with fresh vegetable and fruit and other delicious things!
Disney Ice Skating rink (official training facility of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim), Universal Studios, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike Including the Aquarium of the Pacific, Los Angeles Dodges Stadium, Arrowhead Pond, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Big Bear lake resort area, Catalina Island, San Diego, Balboa Island.
There are beaches close by(Huntington, Newport and Seal beach) and if you come in the right season, you can ski in the morning and go to the beach in the afternoon! (The mountains are close, too) California is great! The house is centrally located close to all the freeways, and the house has many maps, Thomas Guides and information. I live locally and would be available to give you directions or suggestions, or whatever you need! It will be a vacation you'll never forget! We had annual passes to Disney every year. My kids grew up in this home and and we only moved to be closer to their school and give my twins their own bedrooms. When my ex left, I turned the house into a vacation rental, There were only 5 vacation rental homes in Anaheim at that time. I didn't really know what I was doing but by the grace of God, this home has provided for my family since 2004. I've been honored to share my home with the most wonderful families from all over the world. It is loving called the Mickey Mouse house! Mostly because I've been collecting Mickey Mouse items for a long time and now I have some place to display them so they can be appreciated by all. I tell my guests to have their kids try to count all the mickeys in the house!! Making the extra effort to directly contact the owner of a VR will always save you money. I am very happy and excited to help my guests plan their special vacations! I have been known to figure out many things and what I don't know, I will do my best to find out. I moved to Anaheim in 1985. It was so exciting to see the fireworks every night being so close to Disney. I love Disneyland and Mickey Mouse! (when you get to the house, you will notice that fact! Lots of Mickeys everywhere!) The house is very spacious and opens to the back yard which is a wonderful space? But the pool is my favorite is the yard. Lots of Palm trees and plants, it's like a tropical paradise. The garage is right off the kitchen, it's now the playroom, so you can cook and watch your little ones. It is a very well laid out home. I love my little neighborhood, it is an older, established neighborhood, where everyone knows eveyone else and takes care of each other. It is on a quiet, tree lined street and dead ends at Stoddard Park. It is great! My neighbors will help you if you need something. They are so kind and love my guests as well. A few years ago, I had a family from Australia visiting. The dad was looking out of my kitchen window, which is in the front of the house so looks out front, and he saw my neighbors dad sitting outside enjoying the sunlight. Suddently the dad fell out of the chair onto the ground! My guest waited for him to get up but he didn't! My guest from Australia ran over to the house, pounded on the door and the daughter came out and she called the parametics and her dad was taken to the hospital. He had had a heart attack. Making a long story short, my neighbors and my guests became great friends and have corresponded for years. Last year my neighbors went to Australia to visit my guests. How is that for an amazing neighborhood story? and it is true. The neighborhood is a little hidden treasure, Yet, right around the corner, there is grocery store and restaurants and other stores all within walking distance. Freeways are close and it is convenient to get everywhere! You and your family will love making memories while staying at my Mickey Mouse house.

My home is one of the original Disneyland vacation rentals.(since 2004) I have discovered what guests want and need when they are on vacation and I have tried to provide those things! I also have 4 kids and know what fun things will keep them busy and happy! A lot of vacation homes here in Anaheim are owned by investors owning 15 to 30 homes each. Their homes are very much set up like a hotel. Since I only have one home, I can offer a personal touch for my guests and be available for any questions or issues you might have 24/7. One time a family from England came to stay and arrived by shuttle. I met them and they and needed to rent a car. The car rental place was not far away but after that long flight, I didn't want them to have to walk so I took them to the car rental place and waited to make sure they were all taken care of. I love to be there for them or if you want to be left alone, I will respect that as well. Sometimes it can be overwhelming for guests to arrive to a new place and not know where to go or how to get there. I want my guests to know they have a friend in me here and I will help any way I can if they want it. I treat my guests as if they are my family. The house is in a great, safe neighborhood but it is close and convenient to everything. The backyard is the best! You will love it! It's peaceful in the morning with all the tropical plants and very private, and when you get home after a long day at the park, it's a wonderful place to relax. You can lounge and watch the kids play and swim (there are lots of life vests, floaties and pool toys) someone can get the gas BBQ going and grill a great dinner and just enjoy! In the evening after the kids go to bed, you can sit in the spa with a glass of wine or play cards or a board game on the table. It really is a special place. It's one of those places you'll think about when you are told to go to your happy place. You'll be back in my yard in your mind! ;-)
