Experience all that Seabrook Island has to offer while staying in a tastefully decorated private home that is fully-equipped with all of the comforts of home. Enjoy fabulous ocean breezes overlooking the golf course and ocean from our screened porch or sundeck and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lagoon and marsh from our shaded, back deck while grilling. The home is a five-minute walk to the ocean boardwalk.
The downstairs bedroom has twin beds, cable TV and a private bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms consist of a huge master bedroom (King bed) and bath, with cable TV and private access to the sun deck; another master bedroom (Queen bed) and bath with cable TV and private access to sundeck; another bedroom with twin beds with a shared bath, and a bunk room with a twin over double bunk bed with shared bath.
There are tons of outdoor living spaces...a huge screened porch with dining and sitting area! a large, private sundeck, complete with four cushioned lounge chairs, to enjoy spectacular golf and ocean views. And a shaded back deck for grilling while watching tranquil views of the lagoon and sunset. We also have a fishing deck on the lagoon for safely watching alligators or attempting to catch some pretty big fish that swim in it's waters!
The home has a well-equipped kitchen, large dining room, a large living room for games or conversation and separate TV room (den) with a large flat screen TV. The 5th bathroom is a half bath off of the foyer.
There is also a very private outside shower with hot/cold water. A baby crib and high chair is available for your use. Amenity Cards are also made available with this home AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. This is a Non-Smoking Villa and Pets are NOT Allowed.

About Andi
This is our second home on Seabrook. We had a Sealoft Villa that we rented out for almost ten years until we outgrew it. Our kids have spent many a summer day exploring the island! We don't get down there as much as we would like to, so we enjoy sharing our special getaway with others so that they can make great Seabrook family memories too!

Why This Property?
We chose this property because we wanted lots of bedrooms near the beach with great views. We love the HUGE screened porch and other outdoor areas. A big bonus is the ocean view at the end of the fairway directly in front of our house! Another bonus is the fact that Seabrook is a gated community. This makes it safe and uncrowded!
