Die Nähe zum Strand von Cape Coral und dem Strandrestaurant „The Boathouse“ ist gegeben und Sie können dort in ca. 5 Minuten hinlaufen. Die Yachtclub Gegend wurde viele Jahre stark unterschätzt. Dies hat sich jedoch nun geändert und es entsteht hier ein neues Haus nach dem anderen, bzw. es werden viele Häuser, wie auch unseres, aufwändig renoviert.
Diese sehr hell und modern eingerichtete Villa bietet Ihnen insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer (2x King size und 1x Queen size) und 3 Bäder (alle mit Dusche und WC). Die beiden Kingschlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich. Das sehr große Wohnzimmer ist extrem hell und freundlich, da es komplett mit Glasschiebetüren ausgestattet ist. Der Boden im gesamten Wohn- und Essbereich, sowie in der Küche wurde neu gefliest. Selbst der Essbereich hat 2 große Glasschiebetüren. Trotz des etwas älteren Baustils, ist dieses Haus hell und lichtdurchflutet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.
Die komplette ausgestattete Küche sowie der moderne Granit Countertop sind ebenfalls neu und mit allen erdenklichen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Alle Elektrogeräte sind neu und auf dem aktuellen Stand. 4 Kajaks stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Ein Boot kann bei der Buchung angemietet werden. Das vorhandene Dock mit Bootslift steht nur für eigene Mietboote zur Verfügung.
This villa was extensively renovated in early 2023 and is located on a spacious corner lot, just one block from the River. It only takes 2 minutes by boat to get out on the open water. The location is an absolute dream for boaters. One of the highlights is the fantastic water views with many romantic sunsets.
It is close to Cape Coral beach and the beach restaurant "The Boathouse" and you can walk there in about 5 minutes. The Yacht Club area was highly underrated for many years. However, this has now changed and one new house after the other is being built here, or many houses, like ours, are being extensively renovated.
This very bright and modern furnished villa offers a total of 3 bedrooms (2x king size and 1x queen size) and 3 bathrooms (all with shower and toilet). The two king bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. The large living room is extremely bright and friendly as it is completely equipped with sliding glass doors. The floor in the entire living and dining area, as well as in the kitchen has been newly tiled. Even the dining area has 2 large sliding glass doors. Despite the somewhat older style of construction, this home is light and bright with great attention to detail.
The complete kitchen as well as the modern granite countertop are also new and equipped with all imaginable items. All electrical appliances are new and up to date. 4 kayaks are at your disposal free of charge.
No Smoking - There is a strict smoking ban in the villa. Pets are not allowed in the villa. A boat can be rented at the time of booking. The existing dock with boat lift is only available for own rental boats.
