Der Blick vom Pool Deck aus ist unglaublich schön, da die Villa sich an einem der breitesten Kanäle im Südosten Cape Corals befindet. Dazu wurde die Villa Pura Vida auf einem Eckgrundstück errichtet. Man ist an 2 Seiten von Wasser umgeben-ein Gefühl wie auf einem Boot.
Die Villa wurde Ende 2016 komplette renoviert . Die Eigentümer haben bei der Renovierung an nichts gespart. Alles ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll.
Der Wohnbereich ist lichtdurchflutet und lässt sich mit 3 grossen Schiebetüren öffnen. Ob man drinnen sitzt, und sich trotzdem wie draußen fühlt, oder draußen, und man trotzdem nah am Geschehen im Haus ist, man fühlt sich immer gut aufgehoben.
Die Villa Pura Vida eignet sich besonders für zwei Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kindern, da es über 2 fast gleichwertige Schlafzimmer verfügt, die beide mit einem King Size Bett ausgestattet sind. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Pura Vida eine überdurchschnittliche Privatsphäre bietet. Das Nachbarhaus hat den Pool- und auch Sitzbereich zur jeweils anderen Seite ausgerichtet. Dadurch ist man für sich und bekommt von den Nachbarn kaum etwas mit.
Die Villa befindet sich in der sogenannten Yacht Club Gegend und ist nur ein Block vom River entfernt. Den River erreichen Sie mit dem Boot in nur 2 Minuten. Es ist eine absolute Top Lage für Bootsfahrer. Das Wasser ist nicht so rau wie auf dem River, aber Sie müssen trotzdem keine langen Wege über den Kanal in Kauf nehmen. Eine Bootstankstelle ist direkt um die Ecke. Aber nicht nur für Bootsfahrer ist die Lage der Villa ideal. Zum Strand von Cape Coral und des dort gelegenen Restaurants „The Boathouse of Cape Coral“, können Sie zu Fuß gehen. Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Gebrauch können Sie sogar mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Dies garantiert absolute Ruhe. Sie werden abends nur beruhigendes aus der Natur wahrnehmen.
Durch die Nähe zum River werden Sie als Gäste der Pura Vida sehr häufig Delfine sehen können. Diese jagen regelmäßig unter den angrenzenden Bootsdocks nach Fischen. Mit etwas Glück, werden Sie auch Manatees beobachten können, da diese auch häufig im Kanal grasen.
Facebook und Co. können über alle TV-Geräte genutzt werden, denn alle TV-Geräte verfügen über eine Smart TV Oberfläche. Sie benötigen keinen Computer.
Jedes TV verfügt über einen Festplattenspieler, der mit einer Menge an Filmen und Serien gefüllt ist.
Sie können deutsches TV Live schauen oder auf das TV-Programm der letzten 14 Tage zugreifen.
Im gesamten Haus und auch auf den Terrassen, ist ein Sonos System installiert. Sie können damit im gesamten Haus die selbe Musik hören, oder auch jeden Raum individuell ansteuern. In das Sonos System können Sie Ihr eigenes Smart Phone einbinden. Sollten Sie über kein Smartphone verfügen, dann können Sie das im Haus verfügbare iPad nutzen.
Grillfreunde werden sich über den grossen Grill und starken Grill freuen. Damit wird Ihr Steak besonders knusprig.

This fantastic, one-storey villa with 2300sqf, furnished in a modern style, leaves nothing to be desired. The large salt water pool (no chlorine smell & particularly skin friendly), is oriented to the south. It can be heated by a particularly economical heat pump.
The view from the pool deck is incredibly beautiful as the villa is located on one of the widest canals in the south east Cape Coral. Villa Pura Vida was built on a corner lot. One is surrounded by 2 sides of water - a feeling like on a boat.

The living area is flooded with light and can be opened with 3 large sliding doors. Whether you sit inside, and still feel as outside, or outside, and yet you are close to the happenings in the house, you always feel well cared for.
The Villa Pura Vida is particularly suitable for two couples or families with older children, as they have two almost equal bedrooms, both with a king-size bed. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the Pura Vida offers an above-average privacy. The neighboring house has aligned the pool and also the sitting area to the other side. This makes one for himself and gets hardly anything from the neighbors.
The villa is located in the so-called Yacht Club area and is only one block from the river. The river can be reached in just 2 minutes by boat. It is an absolute top location for boaters. The water is not as rough as it is on the river, but you do not have to go long ways across the canal. A boat station is just around the corner.
