Escape to RELAXING Waterwheel Resort Condominiums in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. Our comfortable, relaxing, recently updated and well-equipped POOLSIDE condominium is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River just 5 blocks from Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Comal River.

You will be amazed at all there is to do here. Imagine yourself relaxing in one of our 2 swimming pools or 4 hot tubs. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills located under the pecan trees next to the pool/hot tub area in a large, beautiful park-like setting. There are BBQ pits just outside your patio as well.

Our clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor. You will enjoy a relaxing view from the gated poolside patio which can be accessed directly from the living room. It is a great place to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the afternoon or evening with friends and/or family members while you watch the kids swim in the pool.

Inside the living area you will find a very comfortable leather sleeper sofa, love seat and chair to relax on while you watch cable TV on the 42” flat screen LCD TV. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a coffeemaker, coffee, dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes/utensils and blender for those refreshing frozen concoctions you love to enjoy while on vacation.

In the master bedroom you will find a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

You will also enjoy have a reserved parking place just steps from the front door.

Five blocks(walking distance) from waterwheel resort is the #1 waterpark in the country, Schlitterbaun.
