This is an elegant and affordable house is conveniently located near the capital, St. John's, as well as to the international airport, shopping, golf course, beaches, bars and restaurants and several distinguished primary and secondary schools. This well-appointed house is located on the north coast of Antigua in the sought after residential community of Boons Haven, within easy reach of the beach. The capital of St. John's, Cedar Valley Golf Course, 2 gourmet supermarkets and V.C. Bird International Airport are all within a 10 minute drive. The property has a comfortable elevated veranda at the front of the house with glorious sea views. There is an attractive lounge leading to an open plan Family Room/ dining area and well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Have breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the island breeze and magnificent view of the sea. Relax in our tropical garden while the local birds serenade you. The Middle floor with parlour, dining, family room and a den area is open plan with large windows and glass doors allowing the house to fill with light and opens out onto a private Balconies and patios that currently expand out into a perfectly manicured lawn with Shrubs, Trees and Palms. A Newly refurbished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen that includes double Kenmore Elite fridge, Stove/Oven with rotisserie and a dishwasher. There is also a spacious Laundry room with a washer/ dryer and a fully decorated bathroom with shower for extra guest or entertainment. The Upper floor upstairs which caters for the two Master bedrooms come with unsuited bathrooms beautifully equipped and decorated. The Two extra bedrooms located on the 3rd floor also come with modern furniture and beautifully equipped and decorated but sharing a fully well modern bathroom.
