The studio has a comfy pull out Queen size Murphy bed, flat screen TV, kitchenette, bathroom, and screened porch.
Centrally located in the heart of Tampa Bay. 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport, St Pete Clearwater International Airport, gulf beaches and walking distance to the shores of 'Old Tampa Bay'. Walk to famous Safety Harbor Spa and Resort. The spa offers a variety of activities, including yoga, water aerobics, weight room, stretching, dance and fitness classes. Three heated pools filled with the healing waters of the mineral springs that flow beneath the spa provide opportunities for exercise and leisure.
-Enjoy walking to the Veterans Memorial Park and Pier at sunrise, biking on the Bayshore Trail or to Philippe Park, a 122-acre park, its Indian mound listed in the National Register of Historic Landmarks, for picnicking, fishing, hiking along trails and history.
-Have fun on 3rd Friday in downtown Safety Harbor. Every third Friday of the month, Main Street is closed down for vendors sharing their crafts, art, great food and entertainment for all to enjoy. My stay with Chris and Jarine in Safety Harbor was one of the most wonderful memories in my life. The friendly town was only exceeded by the warm hospitality shown to me from these two kind and generous people. I recommend anyone to come to Safety Harbor and befriend the Dotsons!

My wife and I visited the Tampa area on a business trip in late November 2015. We found this amazing studio in a great location. The studio was clean, quiet and had everything you need for an extended stay. We were walking distance to main street and all the shops and dining. No issues with privacy, and when we did run into the owners, it was a pleasure!

An unexpected trip to this area was easily resolved by finding this gem ! The accommodations are exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and welcoming. Once we were shown the details upon arrival our privacy was respected though I knew Jarine was just steps away. I was thrilled at how convenient everything was within walking distance. We will definitely refer anyone with confidence !

This was my second stay with Jarine and Chris and I have to say it is just the best! Five stars for sure. It is a perfect retreat for two. Close to everything you need (shops, restaurants, marina, the Spa, etc.). Meticulously kept and comfortable. We intend to come back again and again! Thank you, Jarine and Chris.

The perfect oasis right in the heart of Safety Harbor! I couldn't have asked for a better location to the restaurants and shops in the quaint downtown area... And the magnificent sunsets along the Bay were all within waking distance! The cozy cottage had every thing and more to make our stay outstanding! I will definitely stay here anytime I am in the area! A big shout out to the owner for making our stay the most enjoyable experience!!!!
