A large boat slip is available in front of the condo which accommodates a boat up to 33 feet. Water, electricity and a dock box is included in the slip rental.

Even though this property is relatively new to us, we have been in the vacation rental business for many years, previously in another part of Florida. We live in Treasure Island, Florida a suburb of St. Petersburg. Larry hails from St. Louis originally, Marilyn is from Ohio. We both love boating, fishing and scuba diving.

We chose to buy in Futura Yacht Club because we found the ideal boating accommodations and the most appealing location for dining, shopping and entertainment. It's not too touristy, but not too quiet. All the art galleries and attractions are a big plus.
