Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the reservation is cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations 30-59 days prior to arrival, you will lose your deposit. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will lose all rents paid. If your dates are booked and paid for again, all funds will be returned except a $100 cancellation fee.

Why This Property?
This cottage is one of the original homes built by the Wriggly family in the early 30’s, who owned Santa Catalina Island. The chewing gum mogul had a vision of a Disneyland type town and the Casino was built. The Conservancy takes care of the interior now and Avalon is part of LA county. Great place!

This little cottage was perfect for us! It was cute, clean, and perfectly located. The only thing I would change, and this is being very nitpicky, is providing more hand towels. We will definitely return to stay here again.
