We bought in South Seas because there is no other property like it on the Island. It offers much more with all the tennis courts, Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard and Pickle Ball courts. Condo 304 - Paradise!!!

Hello Lori, I can't begin to tell you how much we are enjoying Marco Island, and especially your condo. It is just so beautiful and warm, we feel so relaxed here. Its making it very difficult to head home on Monday, as we hear it is still cold there.

My wife and I have stayed at this unit a number of times and have never been disappointed. The unit and entire South Seas property is beautiful and in a great location. Direct access to the quiet end of the beach, easy access to local restaurants, and the property is never too crowded.

Very well kept clean building. Unit 304 recently upgraded beautiful view, owner supplied all amenities. Unit has all new appliances and TV. Comfortable furniture Wifi and more then enough beach chairs etc. Owner really makes an effort to be sure her guest has all they need to enjoy their stay. We are more then pleased with this rental property.
