The famous Coco Bistro restaurant is literally a 2 min drive along with over 70 restaurants and bars, at most 10 min drive away.
Explore Grace Bay beach, shops, local eateries, duty free stores, ice cream parlors and tranquil nightlife. Let your hair down to the pulsating rhythms of ripsaw and island music at the weekly Island Fish Fry. A car is recommended to explore the island and more cost effective, as taxis can be expensive. The villa is the same distance from the airport as Grace Bay, 20 minutes and 4 minutes from the Provo Golf and Tennis Club.
Close by are the Casa Blanca Casino, Caicos Bakery, IGA Gourmet Supermarket, Banks and ATMs, Pharmacy and the popular Potcake Place where you can take an island pup for a beach outing. Master - King bed with ensuite bath; Guest room has two twin beds that can be converted to make a King and the external Bedroom Pod with Queen bed and outdoor shower; a lovely romantic way to enjoy the island flavor. A spacious, bright and colourful living area, formal dining area for 6, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, additional bar seating, second prep sink, wine fridge. A den/office (complete with printer) off dining area if you must work and a fully screened porch with additional dining area adds to the value and charm of this beautiful Caribbean Hideaway.
Off the main Living room there is an expansive outdoor, covered living area adorned by large palm trees and fragrant flowering bushes where you can relax and enjoy the island weather. Additionally by the Cabana Lounge and Jacuzzi Tub there is plenty of decking accented by a full outdoor kitchen including BBQ, stove top, fridge and wet bar with additional seating. A small fire pit area for enjoying the cooler winter island evenings. High speed WiFi Internet, local pre-paid cell phone and satellite/cable TV keeps you connected.
The villa is fully air-conditioned which is metered ( $100 allowance per week) overage is charged back at cost. Large ceiling fans in all rooms circulate the island breeze. This island house is truly an example of relaxed Caribbean living in the sunshine.
Pool - A small collection of homes share a large salt water pool (directly across the road) with spacious terrace and children's shallow area. Chairs and pool toys are supplied for your use. There is ample private parking in the large drive.
