With all of the major changes going on in the on-line world of vacation rentals, there are a few things you need to know about this OWNER operated property.
1)Beth Lamm began renting her first home on Folly Beach 13-years ago. Beth now owns 3 homes on Folly. "Lamm's End Beach Bungalow" "Lamm's End Cottage" and this her first home "Lamm's End Breathtaking Views".

3)Beth Lamm is a completely hands-on owner. There is no agency, no middle man involvement. You will deal directly with Beth from the time you book one of her homes through your stay on Folly Beach.
4)Beth Lamm will not rent to anyone she has not spoken with directly. So please feel free to give her a call and she would be happy to answer your questions and to ensure that her homes are a good fit for your group or family.
Lamm's End is ALL about the VIEWS. This property is located along the most captivating stretch of Folly Beach. Out front... the ocean. Out back... our dock, Morris Island Light House, Folly River, and Charleston Harbor. The views on the island do not get any better than this.
Enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the ocean sipping morning coffee rocking on the front porch--- and for the early birds watching the sunrise. At the end of the day, stretch out and relax on the back porch with your favorite beverage and enjoy the hot pink, setting sun over the Folly River.
Located across the street from the beach, Lamm's End is a reverse plan with the living room, dining room and kitchen areas on the top floor.. all having great views of either the ocean, Folly River or both! A small bedroom behind the living area has it's own private bath. The downstairs includes the master bedroom & a private bath., two more bedrooms, a bath and a full sized laundry. The house sleeps eight.
Beth focuses on creature comforts, an exceptionally clean home, high quality 300-thread count all cotton bedding and linens. Creative cooks are not disappointed. The granite/stainless kitchen is well-equipped with appropriate pots, pans, oils, spices and gadgets to easily whip up a delicious meal from the abundance of fresh caught seafood and local produce available on the island.
Due to the comfort and health of our family and guests, there is a STRICT non-smoking policy anywhere on the premises. NO house parties or weddings permitted under ANY circumstances.

I have stayed at all of the LAMMS properties on Folly Beach. When I stay in one of these properties, I know I get a CLEAN HOUSE!!! This one, was no different! Another thing special about the LAMMS homes are the BEDS.....they are SO COMFORTABLE. I know Beth pays attention to the type of sheets and bedding she uses on all these beds. The decor of these homes are also done very well done. It really feels like a "HOME," so COZY! They are vacation getaways like no other! Thank you, Beth and Jim, for all the energy you guys put into making your homes on Folly Beach so wonderful! Last thing I will mention particularly nice about this home, Lamms End, is the location. I thought I liked the other homes they have because of their close proximity (walking distance) to town. This one is near the end of the island, but I found it special because it is so peaceful and quiet, it added another new flare and dimension to the trip to Folly. The views of the sunrises and beach are spectacular from the front porch! And, the drive into town is not five minutes. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! I will be back again! Beth's personal touch dealing directly with me during the rental process - was reflected in the cozy charm of her home. The "Cottage" theme, including original artwork and historic photographs - offers a view of the ocean, river, marsh, and harbor. The attention to detail is reflected in every room - clean, comfortable, and cozy. Whether inside, or outside on the porches - you can enjoy a stunning sunrise over the ocean and smoldering sunsets over the marshland. You can take an enjoyable stroll to the Morris Island Lighthouse - for an unforgettable beach view. Don't miss a short five minute trip to the center of town. Folly Beach is not a typical tourist town. Here you stroll the streets visiting the unique shops, enjoying the eclectic dining and the vibe of relax and enjoy takes over. You are conveniently located so that a short fifteen to twenty minute drive will take you to the city of Charleston. Here awaits countless opportunities to enjoy the historic beauty of this city and the low-country of South Carolina. So glad to have chosen this property for our vacation! You get the best of both - Charleston and the beach. The drive to Charleston is not bad at all, about 20 minutes (you will definitely need a car during your stay). We were able to see all the sights, eat all the great food available in downtown, then come back and relax at this wonderful home. Mornings were perfect for walks on the beach. Very nice living room for relaxing with friends. Four bedrooms, if you are there first make sure you choose one downstairs - they are more spacious than the one on the main floor. The porch was fantastic and so are the views - sunrise and sunset especially. This is the way to do a vacation, not in a hotel. Not even close. Thanks to Beth for taking care of all the details. I will be recommending this property to anyone I know who will be visiting Charleston. Marilyn We had a wonderful time at this home,it was spotlessly clean and everything you need is there. Views are so amazing both beach and marsh views! We enjoyed seeing the lighthouses in a distant from back porch and got great photos. Beth is easily accessible if anything needed; we had no problems during our stay! We had a great time at Lamm's End. We had never been to Folly Beach before but would definitely come back. Fortunately we had perfect weather--a few rain drops the last day, otherwise sunny. We didn't even turn the TV on until the last night. Every night we played games and worked puzzles. The set-up is such that the whole family can be together doing different activities. The views were spectacular from every vantage point. The backyard was perfect for cornhole and when it got dark, we played in the driveway. This is not a place for someone who cannot navigate a lot of stairs. This wasn't an issue for us. Thanks for an incredible vacation!
