About Paula
The house was built by us in 2015. This is our dream vacation house at the beach near the city were we live Guayaquil. Our neighbors are our best friends and we enjoy amazing weekends with our three kids in the most beautiful beach of Ecuador.
Why This Property?
We always dreamed of a vacation house and Olón is the most magnific beach in the Spondylus rout of the Coast of Ecuador. Olon is a very broad and sandy beach with excellent surf and paddle conditions. Olon is the ideal beach to enjoy the peaceful and calm waters of the Pacific Ocean, located about six miles from Santa Elena and 195 km from the town of Guayaquil.
