This direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with modern decor. Updated furnishings throughout including a new Capri sofa in the living room (Nov '16) and upgraded vanity in bathroom. Master bedroom now has blackout curtains. The private balcony, accessed from the living room, is spacious with plenty of seating. BBQ grilling area on-site.
