Non smoking/vaping. Pets must be approved by prior request. Minimum age of 30 in order to rent property. Golf carts are not allowed to be driven on grass or in between homes per HOA. Do not leave windows or doors standing open. Do not tamper with alarm system. A full rules and regulations renter agreement will be provided upon booking.

We purchased this beach property to have place to vacation with our pets as well as to provide a vacation experience for other pet owners.

Great location with direct beach access. Pet friendly home close to Garden City Pier, Outlet Malls and lots of great restaurants. Family friendly home with lots of activities. Grill out, boogie board, or take the dogs for a walk on the beach.

Home away from home!

This was our 5th stay at this home. We absolutely love it! Always clean and well appointed. Accomadates 6-7 adults comfortably. One of pur favorite things to do is sit on the porch with our two Siberians, they love watching the people and hanging our here????. Jim and Pam are very gracious owners and very accommodating. Hopefully we'll be back next year!

Jim's house was very clean, freshly painted and nice decor. He has thought of everything to make your vacation simple and enjoyable. We had our big pup Cooper with us(115 lbs) no problems. Easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants local and entertainment! Thank you Jim!

Beach Dreamer Home Away !!!!!

We have stayed at Beach Dreamer two times this year. Loved it so much the first time could not wait for a return stay. I have stayed many places at the beach. I can not think of any place as nice and clean as the Beach Dreamer . When I walk around the home and my bedroom shoes are clean I know i am in the right place. Any and everything you could possibly want is at your finger tips. You really can't explain how great the Beach Dreamer is , have to check it out for yourself. The location is very convenient to everything. If you want to have a great vacation give the Beach Dreamer a try. Jim and Pam the owners are wonderful people.
