You can paddle board or kayak in the lake if the gulf is too rough. Flat boardwalk from the building to the beach makes it a very easy beach access. Seaside proper is located a short bike ride away as are many local favorite restaurants such as Cafe 30-A, The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House, Angelina's and many more wonderful places to keep your dining experience new every day. Beach chair and Umbrella rental is available in front of the condo from 30A Shade Beach service and you can call ahead and order at 850-687-5008. The condo comes with 1 parking space. There are some covered parking spaces available which like the open parking is on a first come basis. This is a piece of paradise at the beach you won't want to miss! Leave all your cares behind and come to the beach! Life really is better at the beach and when its time to leave you will found yourself wishing for "Just One More Day".
