Patois Villa in Belmont Estate at the West End of Tortola is set in 1.5 acres of manicured landscaped gardens. The villa is a13 minute walk or a short drive from either Long Bay Beach or Smugglers Cove. There are 2 restaurants on the beach at Long Bay so you don't have to travel too far for entertainment.

Patois has 3 pavilions with a 2 level main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen which is linked to the covered open dining area. Adjacent to this is the living area with a covered side patio & plenty of cushioned seating for you to enjoy some music or read a book. Great place to relax & unwind taking in the wonderful views of the ocean & Jost Van Dyke. The villa is well positioned to view wonderful sunsets.
The pool area has plenty of poolside loungers & there is a built-in bar & BBQ area. Alfresco poolside dining allows you to gaze at the stars as they shine over the ocean & the island. There is more seating under a large sail which provides shade from the midday sun.
There are 4 light & airy bedrooms/bathrooms, plus a half bath. The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults & 1 child. 2 bedroom suites are one above the other, the upper bedroom has a 4-poster King Bed, the lower has a 4-poster Queen Bed. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms with indoor & outdoor showers as well as comfortable seating on their private balconies. The Master King Bedroom has a 4-poster Bed & is in a separate pavilion overlooking the pool. This bedroom has his & hers bathrooms, one with a tub & the other with an indoor shower. These bathrooms share an outdoor shower. Exterior steps from the side of the living pavilion lead down to the fourth bedroom, a spacious en-suite King Suite, with an adjoining oversized twin, suitable for a child.

If you need to cancel your trip to Alfresco and advise us by email 45 days or more prior to your booking, we will refund 80% of your deposit and retain 20% towards Administration Costs. If we are within 45 days of your trip to Murray House we will keep 100% of your total payment made for this rental. If we are able to find another booking to cover the dates held for you, we would be happy to refund 80% of your payment made for rental, 20% will be lost and non refundable. It may be possible to re-book Murray House at a later date with the owners of Murray House without a penalty to you, this will be at the sole discretion of the Murray House owners.
The total number of guests staying at Murray House at any one time is restricted to the number of guests scheduled and paid for. This is based on two guests per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess guests immediately, or shall vacate the villa without refund.
If there is a storm or hurricane, please be guided by our on Island Management, they will inform you of the procedure on island. No refunds will be given unless:- The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning”, area. We will refund:- Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying at the property following the official warning. If arriving or shortening your stay to come in after the official warning is lifted, we will refund those days not used due to the official warning.
