Quiet time in the Carillon Beach community is 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.

Doors and windows to remain CLOSED as heat/air conditioning is not designed to heat or air-condition the entire outside world. Please comply with this house rule so the HVAC system keeps working for everyone coming to stay at Fairview cottage after you. Thank you!

Purchased the land to build this beach home in 1992 when the community of Carillon Beach was just getting underway. Unique Benefits
Water, water everywhere! And spectacular views out every window. You feel as if you are outside all the time even if you are inside the cottage. It's the most perfect location!

Our Wedding Weekend
Date of Stay: December 6th , 2018

...could not have been more beautiful. Because we were engaged at Carillon Beach, we wanted to be married in the same sand. Our wedding was beautifully executed by Carillon Weddings, with personalized touches at Fairview Cottage by Denise. After celebrating with our friends and family, we spent the rest of the week relaxing on the porch with the perfect beachfront view. We cannot wait to make it back to Carillon!

Fantastic Property at Carillon Beach!

We had a perfect vacation at Fairview Cottage on Carillon Beach. The house is beautiful and situated so close to the ocean with a private walkway, and pool next door. We loved eating on the picnic table on the porch, as well as sitting in the Adirondack chairs and relaxing to the beautiful ocean. The owner and her housekeeper were very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. We will return in the future. Thank you Fairview.

Another Week in Paradise!

For the last three years, I've spent my vacation days at Fairview Cottage. The homeowner, Denise Smith, is a dream to communicate with on a regular basis. While each trip has been special in its own right, nothing tops my most recent trip! Not only does Fairview Cottage provide the perfect oceanfront view of Carillon Beach, but it now marks the location of my engagement. I am forever grateful for this piece of Paradise!

Our Favorite Week of the Year!

This was our 2nd stay at Fairview Cottage, and we loved it once again. Carillon Beach is beautiful and a short drive to the restaurants and action of 30-A. The cottage is well-maintained and nicely appointed. It is also well configured for our family: a master bedroom with ocean view upstairs, a bedroom with 2 twin beds for our kids down the wall, and a 3rd bedroom on the main level for guests. The included chair service is a big help - one less thing to drag to the beach. But it's only a short walk from the porch to the beach anyway! Denise has been easy to work with, and we will be back!

Amazing Beachfront Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at Fairview Cottage! We loved having the beach just steps away and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean upon arrival and when we needed to contact Mrs. Smith during our stay she was extremely accommodating. We hope to be able to stay at Fairview Cottage again.
