This is an absolutely delightful uplifting villa decorated with fun and the island in mind. Spacious, bright, and a short five-minute (or less) walk to the Shipyard Beach Club. This villa will put a smile on your face. Brightly painted with colorful walls and a friendly crab sculpture will greet you. A nautical theme is carried throughout villa. The kitchen is full of light with a red tiled floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, white cabinets and wall tiles, a large skylight and 2 types of coffee makers. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress. The dining area with beautiful wooden table looks out over the pond and oaks. Outside, a large private wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds, oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and private bath. There is also a second full bath off the hall. Closets are plentiful with a walk in, and secondary in the master bedroom , linen closets in master bath and hallway. The villa also has a full size washer and dryer.
Beach And Sports: Beachwalk is the closest resort to the Shipyard Beach Club, making this an ideal villa from every standpoint. Beachwalk also offers a large, sunny pool and deck area just steps from the villa.
Golf and tennis are nearby--a full-service world class tennis center is within walking distance and yet far enough to not hear any early morning sets, Beyond the pond is the golf course. Shipyard has 3 nine-hole courses which can be played in various orders to make up 18 holes.

Rental bikes are delivered and picked up by a number of rental companies. Coligny circle is within biking distance.
Typical turnover day is Saturday.
