Reservations are taken on a 1st come, 1st served basis and a $200.00 booking deposit is required ASAP to hold a booking date. We do accept personal checks and PayPal. Rental Rates are as follows based on the time of season; Rate is based on (1-4) guests; add $33.00/$45.00 per night, per season, per additional guest. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.

We will refund 100% up until the day you're supposed to arrive if you're coming to Snowmobile or ATV and the trails are 100% officially closed. We do not refund for inclement weather or poor trail conditions.

We purchased this property 10+ years ago as a year round vacation home for ourselves because we love to snowmobile & ATV in the Pittsburg, NH area. We take great pride and care of it and try to get there as much as possible. When we are not here, we do hate to see it sit and not be enjoyed. I’ve been going to Pittsburgh for years now. This A-Frame was a great spot. Quick trail access across the street. Tons of parking for trailers and sleds. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a wonderful get away. Your A-frame was perfect! Plenty of room, super clean, nice kitchen, beds were comfy. The location is secluded and quiet, and the property is relaxing. On the 2nd night we were lucky to see a moose! We will be back, Thanks again Pat

We've always stayed at lake Francis. However we always past this very quaint place that I started falling in love with. It's an A frame cottage that is more then I ever imagined. The weekend we stayed there in june was so relaxing and wonderful. Robert right off the bat was nice very helpful and even told us to call if as my problems day or night. I'd recommend renting this cute little A frame its fabulous.

Home is very well taken care of and location was perfect to get to trails. Would recommend this home to anyone heading to Pittsburg. I will definitely be renting the cabin again.
