We have stayed in many locations up and down the beach, and have found many things that we love about renting in PCB, and the few things that we don't. We spent several years searching for just the right property, and we love our condo on Lullwater Lake.
Why This Property?
The things that led us to choose this property include the fact that you are literally steps to the beach, yet you are removed from the chaos of the high rises. Also, you can drive up to your unit and park...no navigating through a parking garage and hauling groceries a half mile back to your room. We also love the spaciousness of this two bed/two bath unit, and the extra "beds" in the two sofas

The things that led us to choose this property include the fact that you are literally steps to the beach, yet you are removed from the chaos of the high rises. Also, you can drive up to your unit and park...no navigating through a parking garage and hauling groceries a half mile back to your room. We also love the spaciousness of this two bed/two bath unit, and the extra "beds" in the two sofas allows for our kids and grandkids to visit us. And, we love the Lullwater Lake and its turtles, water lilies, beautiful sunrises and frog chorus at night.
