Bluewater Resort and Marina is located along the Intercostal Waterway on the north end of Hilton Head Island. With views of scenic Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge and gorgeous sunsets off Bluewater’s private dock this resort is there perfect place to relax and unwind. We are able to offer reservations in weekly increments with arrivals and departures on Sundays only.

Bluewater Resort and Marina is located along the Intercostal Waterway on the north end of Hilton Head Island. We are able to offer reservations in weekly increments with arrivals and departures on Sundays only.
The 2 bedroom/2 bath Key West style villa features a full kitchen, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, in unit washer and dryer, ensuite bathrooms, and a furnished private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom will have either 2 full beds or 1 queen bed. One bedroom units are available upon request.
Spinnaker Bluewater Resort and Marina features a large zero entry outdoor pool with lazy river, kids splash pad, an indoor pool and sauna, private dock and marina on the Intercostal Waterway, kayaks, fishing, waterside BBQ pavilion, an activity center/game room, fitness center, shuffle board, and bocce ball. For an additional fee there is access to nearby golf facilities.
Because availability and rates vary from day to day and hour to hour, the calendar feature is not always 100% accurate. Please do not reserve your airfare until you have spoken with an agent with Concierge Realty and have an executed rental agreement.
