Notes
Our minimum stay is 3 nights. Our minimum charge is $1500.00. You can stay for one or up to three weekend nights for this standard rate. Additional week nights are $350. Additional weekend nights are $500. Additional Holiday nights are $500. Rates do vary for Boat Shows and Commissioning Week. Inquire via email for monthly rates.

The owner of this property requires full payment to reserve.

Deposit Requirements
We do require a reservation deposit. Depending on the length of your stay the deposit may vary. When you check-in the reservation deposit becomes a security/damage deposit. Provided there are no discrepancies the deposit will be refunded in 14 days or less.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
If we are able to rent the home for the dates cancelled you will receive a full refund. You may cancel at any time prior to 6 months before your arrival. On the occasion we are not able to rent the home for dates cancelled 50% of your reservation deposit is forfeited.
House Rules
We do not want to host your party. Entertaining more than 20 guests is not permitted without the written permission of the Lessor. No smoking, no pets.
