Vistoso Highlands Golf Casitas are located on the golf course in Rancho Vistoso—a master-planned community in the city of Oro Valley. The community of Rancho Vistoso is located 20 miles north of downtown Tucson and just 13 miles north of the Tucson city limits. As a foothills community, the elevation is approximately 1,000 feet above that of Tucson, ranging from 2,900 to 3,300 feet above sea level. The diverse animal and plant life in and around Rancho Vistoso is typical of the upland Sonoran Desert. The golf casitas are just minutes from the Oro Valley Market Place and Innovation Park, where guests will find shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a movie theater, bike trails, a hospital, and much more.

Why This Property?
My husband and I used to live in the Rancho Vistoso community with our two children many years ago. We loved Tucson. When we had the opportunity to buy a vacation home in the area, we jumped at the chance.
Unique Benefits
We chose this particular property because we're all about location and views. In our opinion, unit #229 is perfectly located—close to everything, but also somewhat private—and the mountain and desert views are wonderful from sunrise to sunset.
