Angels brought us to our 'dream in the sky!' Our finder Rebecca Russell was one (www.coteabode.com) and the Niçois selling agent the other. Beautiful apartment In a great location.

Our family stayed in L’Art Des Amis in December of 2019. We found this to be the perfect base for our adventures around Nice and the rest of the surrounding areas. The location of this apartment was really convenient. It is a short walk to tram, bus, and train stations. There were several small bakeries within a few blocks and a great playground we walked to with morning croissant and coffee. It was also a very easy walk to the promenade, old town, and Place Massena. The apartment itself is cozy and very functional. There are great views from the balconies and the extras like dishwasher, washer/dryer, phone and internet were a major plus for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a meal each night. In all we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay at L’Art Des Amis. The owners Frankie and Don really went above and beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable. We will absolutely stay again if our travels bring us back to the French Riviera.

Great pied-a-terre in Nice/Côte d'Azur!

This lovely and classic apartment is in an excellent location and is perfectly appointed for travelers. Tastefully decorated and complete with all amenities, the apartment makes you feel like a real resident instead of a temporary vacationer. Designer touches and attention to convenience make this a cozy place to relax in between visits to great art museums, the seashore, classic restaurants, neighboring towns, sports and culture. You can cook at home or head down the street for any of a gazillion restaurants and patisseries, from modest to grand. This is "living the French life" with American convenience. Go for it!!

The apartment is beautiful and sunny and convenient to everything, including the Promenade des Anglais. The bed is comfortable and the bedroom very quiet for sleeping - a real plus in a city! The owners were always responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed, and we had a lovely stay.
