1500 refundable damage deposit. Any damage/loss/misuse beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from this deposit. Upon inspection and inventory with nothing to report the full amount will be refunded within 14 days. If this amount does not cover the cost of the damage or loss the renter is still liable for total charges incurred.

A refund minus 10% for processing fees will be given if rebooking can be made for cancelled dates at the same rate.

Remove all food and items from the refrigerators and dispose of it properly.
TRASH MUST BE BAGGED AND TIED THEN PLACED IN GARBAGE CANS OUTSIDE. NO LOOSE TRASH IN CANS!! The trash removal service charges an extra fee for trash not bagged. Should this occur after your visit that fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you have an abundance of trash please notify guest coordinator.
Rinse all dishes prior to placing them in the dishwasher and run them through the cycle.
Close and LOCK all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
Leave the AC set on 72 during the summer or heat on at 70 during the winter. DO NOT SET BELOW 70 WHICH COULD CAUSE UNIT TO FREEZE AND HOURS TO RESET.
DO NOT ADJUST REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER SETTINGS.
Always report any damage or malfunctioning equipment to the guest coordinator.
Prior to using the HOT TUB please wash off all sunscreen, clay, mud or gravel from your body. When not in use always cover the Hot Tub. DO NOT CHANGE SETTINGS ON THE HOT TUB OTHER THAN TO TURN ON JETS. DO NOT ADD CHEMICALS OR WATER TO THE TUB. The tubs are cleaned and maintained weekly.
Grill tools are provided. Please clean the grill with the brush provided as well. The propane is supplied via a line to the grill and has a timer which will automatically shut off.
No wake cove zone!! Please observe.
Furniture/decor is not to be rearranged. Should it be found an extra fee will be charged for time needed to reset.
No Smoking!!!
Fires only in firepit.
