I am a real fan of Foxfire Country Club (especially the 27 championship golf holes) and the Naples area. I bought my this, my first Foxfire Condo 5 years ago, totally renovated it and then bought a second one for family, friends, and rental. After completing renovations I decided I wanted a house so I now stay in the house and rent or let friends use both of my condos.

Why This Property?
There are many different styles of condos at Foxfire. This one is a top floor unit which I chose because it has cathedral ceilings and some of the best views in the community. The cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen add a lot to the feeling of openness you get when you walk through the door.

The unit was recently re-painted so it feels fresh and new. The new color scheme does a great job highlighting the bamboo floor that's in the living room and the dining room. New leather living room furniture was just added.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, new TV, an in-suite bathroom, a large walk in closet, and a sliding door onto the screened in lanai overlooking a lake, trees, and the golf course.
And the Foxfire Country Club community is fantastic! Foxfire is a gated community in East Naples with golf club membership privileges (available for a $250 transfer fee) at a 27 hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills. The entire course was recently renovated so it is now even better than ever before.................and it’s always been great.
Foxfire is only 10 to 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Naples with its shops, restaurants and many beautiful beaches.
The club house, which was new a few years ago, provides a large dining room, grill room and bar, with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the golf course. There is also a small fitness center and a library.
