Why This Property?
My family rented lake houses every summer for years. We decided to buy our own so it could have all the things we wanted in a rental. We immediately fell in love with this house for its privacy, the huge yard and beautiful 10,000 acre lake. We are water skiers so Black Lake is perfect. Unique Benefits
We love the privacy that being on the cove gives us. We own two 100' x 200' lots. One is wooded so we hardly ever see other people. We do see lots of wildlife though. Bald eagles, herons, cranes, wood peckers, painted turtles, deer, wild turkeys and more can be seen from our deck, the sun room or our hammock hanging between two trees.
