Why This Property?
We first visited Maui during our honeymoon in 1999. We recently started to visit Maui more often. We like the Kaanapali area because of the beautiful beaches. We do a lot of snorkeling right off the beach. We always rush back to our condo right before sunset and watch the sunset.

The resort has tennis courts, pool, hot tub and BBQs. We especially love the BBQs located on the front of the property. Its so relaxing to sit out by the BBQ with the tiki lights going in the evening.
The Mahana is unique because of the floor to ceiling windows. The size of the condo is also larger than some of the units at other resorts.
The town of Lahaina is a 10 min drive away. Its a wonderful place to walk and look at the shops and get ice cream or snow cones.
Unique Benefits
Our condo is on the 5th floor. We especially like this as it is high enough to provide privacy and provide great views to watch whales. We can also see turtles from the living room and lanai.
There is a boardwalk that starts right next to the Mahana and goes all the way to Black Rock.

5 start accommodations and amazing views

We come to Maui ever in the winter and have tried many resorts. Mahana 507 is our new favorite. The views can't be beat as this condo is direct oceanfront. The condo is very comfortable and has a warm inviting feel. The kitchen is stocked with nice quality dishes, pots & pans, and everything else we needed to cook a meal. We eat out about 50% of the time and stayed in 50% of the time. There are two nice BBQ areas on the property and we met some nice people. This is a great resort and Mahana 507 is a wonderful unit that provides a lot of privacy and amazing views. Julie is the owner of the condo and a great person to work with. She is prompt if you have any questions and is easy to get a hold of via e-mail, phone, or text.

We absolutely loved our stay in Mahana507. It was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is very inviting and has a warm felling. The views are incredible. We were not too high and not too low in the building as there are 12 stories. This was the perfect view to see sea life. Julie has an amazing rental and check-in process. We received lots of recommendations from Julie ahead of our visit. The only thing we wanted more of was time. Oh, and there is lots of privacy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. I can't imagine staying in a nicer place. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We hope to return soon.
