Why This Property?

We moved to the area into a tiny beach bungalow. We were looking for a place where we could put up family when they visited. When we walked into the unit, we just knew it was perfect. Open and spacious and an absolute great view. It's seven minute drive to the beach and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
