House Requirements:
1. We require primary guest to show us a valid drivers license or passport validating who you are. Primary guest is the person that made the reservation.
2. We require a $500 refundable House Rules Deposit. The deposit is refund after housekeeping cleans and inspects the home.
House Rules:
(1)Upon check out please make sure you take all your personal belonging.
Any items that you brought into the home must be taken out with your personal belongings or put in a trash bag for disposal. Refrigerator must be empty upon your departure, pots, pans and dishes cleaned. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees which start at $100.
(2)Loud music is not possible past 10PM per San Juan municipality noise ordnance. The neighbors will call us with complaints and in some cases will have the police stop at the house. Penalty free warning will be given if noise is becoming an issue so you can take corrective actions. Ignoring the warning will result in a $300 fine that will come out of your deposit.
(3)Check out is at 11AM; failure to check out will cost $100/hr past 11AM.
You can ask in advance if a late check out is possible and if available we will try to accommodate your request.
=IMPORTANT Section #4=
(4)Entire $500 deposit will be retained and reservation will be immediately cancelled with no refund in the event and of the rules in section (4) are not followed.
(4a)The property can’t be used for any events or large gatherings; unless Host gives you written approval.
(4b)Smoking inside the property is not permitted. Smoking outside away from open windows and doors is acceptable.
(4c)Having animals inside the property is not permitted.
(4d)Using the property for illegal activities is not permitted.
(5)The following requirements must be satisfied before we can give you keys to the property.
