This beautiful Mediterranean styled property has been created to with one thing in mind - Luxury. From the moment you walk through the front door you will amazed at the space and facilities available. From the very large pool and extremely large pool deck to the fully featured games area you can rest assured that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
This home sits on a large plot with a good distance between each home. It has a very large area of grass beyond the pool deck which is big enough for the children to run around or even kick a ball. There is a children's play area a short 3 minute walk from the front door and if you need those all important groceries, there is a large supermarket just 5 minutes away by car. Walt Disney World is within easy reach being just 15 minutes from when you jump in the car so as you can see, you will find it difficult to find a better to spot in which to start your Florida adventure.

We loved our stay in April! The perfect place to stay for our Disney vacation. Close to the parks but so much better than a hotel room. Our family was able to relax and take a swim each night after a long day in the park. Comfortable beds and enough for everyone to have their own. My kids loved the themed bedrooms and said the beds were more comfortable than thise we have at home! Plenty of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning and they have all the comforts of home, even great blow dryers! Walmart and gorcery stores nearby so we were able to stock up on breakfast foods and beverages to bring into the parks. We even grilled one night at the house and had everything we needed to cook and serve a family dinner. We all loved hanging out in the game room, perfect for a little family competition. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!
The Villa met and exceeded all of our expectations for our family's trip. The location was amazing as it is a short ride to all of the wonderful attractions Florida has to offer. The whole neighborhood has a warm inviting feeling to it. Whether you have a small or a large family, there is plenty of space here to accommodate them. The décor in the villa was inviting. We especially liked the open floor plan on the first floor. After a long day at Disney, it was nice to relax in the pool in the private lanai, then play a few games in the game room. We enjoyed our 10 day stay, and without a doubt plan on staying here again.
