It is 1-2 block from the trolley car which will take you anywhere in the Bay Area. It features hardwood floors, 2 fire places, 2 people can comfortably sleep in our queen size bedroom & 2 people will sleep on extremely comfortable queen size Sofa bad,
and 2 guests on Queen size Air bad.
The kitchen and bathroom was just renovated for the 21st Century with modern stainless steel appliances, Italian granite counter top and marble floors.We just recently Installed for privacy New door, which make the suite absolutely privet. House is fully equipped. DVD player with collection DVD movies, Computer w/high speed wireless Internet. We are close to the SF Zoo, Museums, Stow lake. It is a very quiet secluded area. It's Historical Castle.We are providing for VIP guest transportation on our Limousine Service for discounted 50% rate. Less then taxi.
WiFi high speed Internet. Serve gourmet meals on the Italian granite dining room table in the kitchen. Relax in the garden by the pond or on the new wood deck while sitting in comfort on the padded seats with enough room for 6.

โข Hours of operation of Laundry 10AM - 8 PM (To reduce a noise level)
โข Pets not allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit and may be evicted from the property.
โข โจThis is non-smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the deck. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the deck. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $50.00 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odours from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from your deposit. โจ
โข The tub is provided for the enjoyment of adult guests. Keep children away from the tub unless there is constant adult supervision.
โข โจWe supply games and activities for our guests, however some games have small pieces or parts and are not suitable for young children, i.e. toddlers and infants, who may put things in their mouths. Do not allow young children to play unsupervised with games.โจ.
โข โจTelephone service is local and emergency only. Please use a calling card or cell phone.
โข โจCheck-in time is no earlier than 3 pm PST. There is only a 4 hour window to completely clean, disinfect and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early. โจ

Very clean nice location great kitchen 1562 11th Ave, San Francisco, CA, 94122, United States Date of Stay Feb 14, 2018 Beds were comfortable tv had a lot of channels magazines were plentiful and coffee maker had filters. 4 of us were there. Only surprise was our unit door was makeshift so same main entrance as owner in unit upstairs. Thanks so much for the great hospitality beautiful back garden

A quiet place well located near the line N of the MUNI so you can easely go downtown1562 11th Ave, San Francisco, CA, 94122, United States Un appartement au calme dans un quartier rรฉsidentiel. A 2 blocs de la ligne N du MUNI (tramway/mรฉtro) A notre arrivรฉ nous avons รฉtรฉ trรจs bien accueilli et conseillรฉ. Tout ร fait conforme ร la description.
